We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Air Masters Heating and Air Conditioning! Christian came out to replace our ComfortLink Thermostat, a contactor in our condenser, the relay panel for our system, and the IC board in our furnace. From the moment he arrived on time, it was clear we were in good hands.
Christian was not only respectful of our property, but also incredibly personable and clear about the pricing upfront, which we greatly appreciated. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he quickly diagnosed the four separate issues that caused our AC to fail. My 34 year old A/C stopped cooling and of course the hottest days of the year to date were in the weather forecast for the following few days. I called Air Masters that evening and the phone was answered by a real person and not voice mail!
Air Masters was at my house in less than 48 hours. The tech very quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor motor starting capacitor with a failed (burned) connection. He replaced the capacitor and the connection and we were back in business with working A/C. Bring on the hot weather!

Christian at AirMasters is exceptional. His expertise and dedication are impressive. He carefully explained my HVAC system and how to get the best performance from it. Although my system is 20 years old, he provided various options, outlining the advantages and disadvantages of each. His recommendations were sincere and focused on my needs, with no pressure to buy a new system. My experience was five-star, and I will definitely use their services again!
