I live in an apartment complex in Fort Collins. Yesterday I noticed there was some dripping coming from my water heater. I called my maintenance line and they came to disconnect the heater and let me know that it would need to be replaced. Today two men came out from Air Flow and did a wonderful job under the most difficult circumstances. The PVC pipes used for my prior water heater were old and very brittle, they broke a few times causing water to spew into my apartment. One of the technicians blocked the freezing water with his hands and body trying to stop the flow while the other ran to have maintenance turn off water for the entire building, which they should have done in the first place as all of our water lines are connected. They really went above and beyond getting the job done and making sure I would have hot water available this evening. They were patient and took their time checking to ensure that everything was running before leaving. I unfortunately did not catch their names, but their initials are B.S. and T.P. I wanted to shout out to them and say thank you again! 10/10 Wonderful job!

If I could give this company 10 Stars it still wouldn't be enough!!!!! A little background first. We live in an apartment in the Lakewood area and have had a heating issue for at least the past 3 years. Since we've lived here our HVAC system has been the biggest pain in the a$$ as it would routinely go out at the start of winter and work some days and not others. Because of this, we've been told everything from the unit has a slow leak, to it just needs to be re-charged and that there was nothing wrong because it seems to be working now. Recently our HVAC system became irreparable as we had our maintenance crew, plus 2 other people come out from professional companies (which I won't shame here) and tell us everything from, the pump needed to be replaced, to there's probably a leak and they needed to check the system from the roof but it was too cold to do so, to everything seems to be working now so there's nothing wrong. Meanwhile we froze or a$$ off until our 5 inch apartment furnished space heaters warmed up. Then we froze our a$$ of again when we had to turn them off overnight. We did this for 10 days!!!!! That is until Grant from Air Flow came out and what couldn't be done in 3 years, he did in 3 hours. Needless to say we were pissed at the situation we were in and didn't really trust that he could fix it or that it was really fixed after it came back on. Well I can say we were WRONG! Not only did Grant deal with our bad attitudes undeservedly, but he's the only person that has gotten this thing to work so quickly and so well. If you have a problem with your heat and are getting the run around from these other guys (believe me we know how it feels) you MUST try these guys and ask for Grant! Fantastic fast service, and most of all they know what the hell they are doing. I wouldn't trust my family's comfort to anyone other than Air Flow.
