I’ve attended a couple classes while visiting local family and this place is so welcoming and serene! Both the yin and vin + yin classes were great, the latter was especially unique and I got an amazing full-body stretch. I felt like I was walking on clouds for a couple hours afterward! Very cool experience.
Incredible group of women who encourage and kick your butt at the same time. I love the trx, hitt, and lift classes. The yoga classes are also amazing! If you haven’t, come try some of the classes. You won’t regret it!
Yoga Junction has offered live online classes that have been like oxygen to us during this past year of living through a global pandemic.We take class several times a week and it has made all the difference in getting through a difficult year. I highly recommend Yoga Junction!
