The entire team, including Alan, always made themselves available and answered all questions thoroughly. They always responded same day, if it was a business day. As with any startup, I'm insanely business and I was admittedly slow getting them information and not once did they complain or get frustrated. Goska did my taxes and her customer service was superb. For that, I'll consider using them again.

My biggest qualm, and the reason I docked a star, was I felt that they mislead on pricing. I'm a ten month old business and they charged me just short of 1,200 to prepare my taxes. I spoke to two individuals who led me to believe I would not pay over 1,000, which...read full review
