Each time I plugged the sump pump into the GFI outlet next to it, the GFI would shut off and need to be reset.I called Tru Craft, told John my issue and he sent out a truck. 2 electricians showed up. Long story short, they replaced the GFI outlet with a regular one, plugged in the pump and it tripped the circuit breaker in the garage. In other words, I needed a new electrical sump pump - which Tru Craft doesn't do.Therefore, I needed to pay them $200 for a service call that did nothing other than to confirm that I needed a new sum pump. Mostly they blamed us for selecting equipment (new Panasonic bathroom fans and Minka Aire ceiling fans) they they did not prefer. Similarly, they objected (after the job was started, of course) to installing Lutron dimmer switches on the recessed... read full review
