“I was kind of surprised to read so many negative reviews with Art Cleaners. We had a house fire at that beginning of November 18' and JJ and Nick Bjork handled our pickup and delivery. I have now been told that they are on the restoration side of the business, but I HAVE to applaud both of these guys on their professionalism, customer service, and all around being great guys! All of our clothes were smoke damage (which has proven to be almost impossible to get the smell out of our personal belongings) and these guys did it! There were a few stains on clothes, but my wife and I knew that they had been there forever. With little to no expectation of them getting those out, they still tagged each item and let us know that they tried, but were unsuccessful. Not only that, they had each item tagged, inspected, and reported as cleaned or non-salvageable. After receiving the items back, I called JJ and stated there were a few items that still were holding the smoke smell. Here is where outstanding customer service came in. He drove to our hotel, after hours, and picked up all of the items. From there, they re-cleaned and deemed some items were not able to be cleaned (if you smelled the fire, you would understand why.) JJ then dropped all of the items back off, again after hours, at the hotel. All the while, JJ maintained constant communication and when he couldn't answer a call or a text, he got back to us within the hour. Unreal customer service in a process that has been a mess in almost every other facet. I can't thank JJ and Nick enough. Whoever is running this business needs to give these guys a raise (or something to retain them as employees.) Stand-up gentlemen and I can't thank you enough for everything you did for us during a tough time! If I had more than two thumbs, they would all be up for these two guys!“

“I have trouble finding jeans that fit me well and I happened to find a pair that fit well up top, but needed to be taken in at the calf. I popped into Right Fit Alterations one day when I was in that shopping center and the woman was so willing to help me! Very friendly and sweet. She was very upfront about the price, what would be required to be done to make the jeans fit the way I want them to, etc. I really appreciated that! She pinned them up, gave me my promise ticket, and sent me on my way! I picked them up yesterday and immediately came home to try them on. AMAZING! She did such an amazing job on them! She even sewed a double-seam on the jeans to continue on from the double-seam that is already on the jeans! I couldn't believe it - the quality is incredible! I will most definitely be taking other articles of clothing to her for more alterations. Worth every single penny!“
