After combing through Google, Home Advisor, Angi, Yelp, Nextdoor and BBB reviews; I created a list of about ten companies, then I started calling. “6/30/23 In June 2023, I contracted with Mile High Roofing and I dealt with Scott – the manager and owner. He reroofed my 2500 sq. ft. ranch home in Parker, CO that was hailed out in May 2023. I am uncertain how we found each other but I am sure glad we did. I am 81 years old and over the past 30 years I have had to replace six hailed-out roofs on three different homes. Two while living in Centennial, CO, three in Highlands Ranch and now one in Parker. I must say that working with Scott has been a wonderful and surprising experience – this was not the case with my five previous roofers. “Getting my roof replaced with Ready Roofer was a wonderful experience. They knocked on my door a few days after a bad hail storm and I had been meaning to find a roofer so I gave them a shot. I got a free upgrade to hail resistant shingles and the entire experience was very quick and painless. I had my roof finished within a few weeks while most of my neighborhood is still waiting. I also had some timely issues with the insurance check that they were more than understanding about with my situation needing to send the check on a month long cross country venture to 3 locations. They even came back to screw in a light fixture that was too high for my ladders that had fallen out from the roof work.
