There really aren't enough words for how grateful we feel to Andy Cummings and his team for the excellent job the did refinishing our wood floors. We had the floors redone just a few years ago by a less than professional person and they didn't hold up well at all. Andy came, gave us an exact bid (which was more than fair), and then performed all the work exactly as described with no 'surprise' charges. We have dogs, so Andy came up with a plan to make sure his work would withstand their nails and general rowdiness. We recently replaced the engineered oak flooring in a rental home in Boulder. We were unable to find finished flooring which would match the stairs, so Andy, the owner, suggested purchasing raw lumber and staining the flooring to match the stairs.
