It's super convenient and a real time-saver for our busy family. I especially appreciate the smooth scheduling process and the helpful reminders for my appointments. If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be to make the shampoo smell like apples. “My husband was a walk-in and really needed a haircut and his beard trimmed/shaped. He had been putting it off for a while due to unsatisfied services from previous barbers. He sat down and explained what he wanted and needed. The barber actively listened and provided the service he wanted. The barber actually asked before performing any services- because he may have not mentioned or left out not wanting his mustache trimmed for example. FINALLY!!!! “I arrived at 9:15 am, a little after the shop opened. I was greeted by Vianca with a big smile and she helped get me signed in as a new customer to this location. I was in town for my daughter’s wedding the next day and just need a haircut that didn’t look like a haircut, if you know what I mean.

I can’t say enough good things about Vianca. She gave me a great cut, all the while visiting with me about my daughter’s impending wedding. She made me feel like she and the shop wanted my business, a thing that doesn’t always happen nowadays.

The hot face towel and massage is to die for. The shop is clean and tidy. I didn’t have to wait at all but your mileage may vary depending when you arrive.

All told, I can highly recommend Sports Clips of Louisville and Vianca in particular without any reservation whatsoever. Try them; you won’t be disappointed.“
