“I only went once because that's all it took! I had a horrible catch in my neck (for months) and shoulder pain, but an adjustment from Dr. K got the catch out. I appreciated tremendously that he walked me through what he was going to try before doing it and the reasoning behind it, as neck adjustments are a bit intimidating by their nature. I also left with several physical therapy exercises to perform for my neck/back/shoulder that have helped greatly. My visit was months ago at this point and I've legitimately been pain free in my neck/back/shoulder since.“
