Holly is my GIRL! I've been going here since I lived in Louisville in 2022 and even though I've moved down to Denver (and the staff changed, I loved going to Son as my artist previously) I still come up. Holly is so fun to chat with while she does my dip manis, and she knows I tried some spots down in Denver that just didn't measure up. She's always asked me to be honest about what I want, how it's looking, and how it turned out, and when we had some issues with a set drying oddly, she cleaned my nails up and started over. Be ready/willing to wait, they are a small but mighty staff and I've experienced some delays in the past but the results have been worth it.

I had searched around the region for a barber after my previous one went out of business during the COVID shutdowns, I finally came across Lyndsie and have gone back ever since. She is somehow able to translate my nonsensical description of what I'm looking for into exactly what I envisioned, and is able to style the cuts in such a way that they remain consistent (I have medium/longer hair style) for several months, which is appreciated as I may be away for three months at a time due to work. She also does many other barber services, like the neck shave with the razor, and does beard styling (I had a 2 foot long covid beard she transformed into a very respectable look for example). Easy to book an appointment on the website, and it gives helpful reminders if you are busy so you don't forget. TLDR: Lyndsie is the GOAT, if she moved her shop to Antarctica, I'd seriously consider saving up for a flight just to keep being a client!
Angee did a great job on my lash lift and tint, and done in under an hour! This was the first time I had it done where my eyes didn't burn. Also the curl was perfect!

Hermanos Window Cleaning, from the Longmont area, is an exceptional window cleaning company, the best. We have used them multiple times. They leave window shining and do it efficiently. We love having them in and around our home. Their price point is fair. They are wonderful people. If you want great people and wonderful service, check them out!
This is a wonderful salon. Me and my 5-year-old went for haircuts and Heather did a wonderful job. She was nice, and patient, and asked for feedback constantly. Reading the other reviews I see that most of the stylists have been there for years, and that speaks highly of any business. I highly recommend this salon in downtown Louisville.

I arrived at 9:15 am, a little after the shop opened. I was greeted by Vianca with a big smile and she helped get me signed in as a new customer to this location. I was in town for my daughter’s wedding the next day and just need a haircut that didn’t look like a haircut, if you know what I mean.
I can’t say enough good things about Vianca. She gave me a great cut, all the while visiting with me about my daughter’s impending wedding. She made me feel like she and the shop wanted my business, a thing that doesn’t always happen nowadays.
The hot face towel and massage is to die for. The shop is clean and tidy. I didn’t have to wait at all but your mileage may vary depending when you arrive.
All told, I can highly recommend Sports Clips of Louisville and Vianca in particular without any reservation whatsoever. Try them; you won’t be disappointed.

I went to Royalty nails for over 10 years. Then, sadly the business burned down in the Marshall Fire. I hope the kind owners are OK because they were so nice and ran an excellent nail salon.
Absolutely love this place! Been coming here for the last few years. They always do such a great job, whether it’s a basic mani/pedi or gel-x, or dip, even eyelash tint and lifts. I’ve had it all done and have gone to Diana, and Victoria. So so happy to see Victoria back!!! April's studio is such a beautiful space full of sunshine and positive vibes. Anna is absolutely a delight. I felt heard, seen, and respected. My first appointment was just a trim, and even with that simple service, I left feeling gorgeous with the healthiest locks of hair I've ever had. My second appointment was a partial custom color and trim. It was my first time coloring my hair and I felt completely at ease, trusting Anna's experience and wisdom. The lived-in, multi-dimensional color was a beautiful way to elevate and brighten my hair, which in turn complimented my skin tone, and mellowed out my silver strands. Rather than hiding the silver, it sort of just melted them away by adding in beautiful tones and ribbons of warm, deep brown. I could not be happier, and in fact, the grand reveal at the end brought me to happy tears, unexpectedly. I've always wanted to see how I'd look to look as brunette. Now in my almost-mid-40's, I finally dived into the self-care journey and this treat to myself allowed me to finally truly embrace my silvers and celebrate what a deep, warm, brightening of my hair color can do to my skin tone and overall look. I trust Anna implicitly and am soooo grateful to her, to April, and to this beautiful space and people. Thank you so much, Anna! I am very excited to be on this hair journey with your guidance. Getting a haircut as a non-binary person has often been a stressful experience that has left me feeling uncomfortable with the process and unhappy with the end result. I’ve seen both Omar and Jasper at Trivium and both of them are really great and fun to work with.
I’ve been seeing Omar more recently, and they are so skilled at recommending types of hair styles and hair colors that will work well with my features, as well as helping me understand hair care and maintenance much better. I feel like I learn something new about my hair every time I go in to see them, and they have never steered me wrong with their recommendations when I’m trying to make a new aesthetic decision.
It is also so relieving to work with someone who understands being non-binary and knows what types of styles may cause me more dysphoria, so that I don’t need to constantly over-explain and justify what I’m looking for in a more androgynous haircut as I have had to at other salons in the past. In all my visits to Trivium with both Jasper and Omar, I’ve never felt misgendered or pressured towards more feminine hairstyles the way that I have elsewhere. Highly recommend working with either of them if you are non-binary, trans, or anywhere else in the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. In addition, Sam at the front desk is very kind and friendly and great to work with.

I've rented a suite for my aesthetics business since September 2024. From the moment I arrived for my tour (I toured many salon suites before choosing this one) to wrapping up the year, I have felt very accommodated and comfortable in this space. The salt spa is absolutely amazing! I got an IV and then you sit in the salt spa. They put you in a recliner with a big furry blanket. It’s pure bliss.

Today, Wednesday, June 2, 2023, Rocky Lucero, installed a new Moen kitchen faucet: he's an excellent technician, and a very personable guy; the fixture is top drawer! We're very pleased! Monday, January 23, 2023, Brad Calandra replaced a valve on our boiler/heating system. Brad's a top-notch technician--we're very happy to have consistent heat in our bedroom/bathroom area. Today, Monday, the 7th of November, 2022, Precision's Brian Spare returned and installed new shower stall fixtures--without any problems--as we were concerned about our glass tiles in the shower. Precision’s outstanding technician, Brad Calandra visited us this afternoon, 10-28-2022, and completed the repairs on our boiler system after an initial visit on 9-27-2022, when he first inspected our system, and gave us an exact and professional assessment of needed repairs and replacement parts required; and keeping us informed every step of the way. We look forward to his return for installation and repairs to our system. Brian Spare visited this a.m., May 18, 2022. He installed a steam line in our dryer, and replaced a couple of shut-off valves under our kitchen sink. He gave us some important advice on fixtures that need replacing in our shower. Brian's extremely pleasant, and very knowledgeable; he kept us informed each step of the process. We look forward to his visits in the future. Eric Martin is an outstanding technician; today, April 26, 2022, he discovered that our humidification system had most likely been impacted by the ongoing waste water system overhaul on Baseline Rd. Eric took care of the problem, and also made sure our A/C system was working at 100%. Eric’s a great guy, and kept us informed every step of the way—we look forward to seeing him in the future. Most recently, Saturday, August 28, 2021, Precision's Technician, Brant Smith came by and found out rather quickly what was preventing our chiller system from working properly. My wife and I are very pleased that Brant was available on a Saturday, and that there was no charge. Brant was very pleasant, professional and explained what he was doing step by step; thank you, Brant, we could not be more pleased! We are extremely impressed with Eric B. and the staff we spoke with at Precision. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and professionally informed us every step of the way as they diagnosed why our chiller system was not functioning. My wife and I highly recommend Precision's professional technicians. Last year (2019) Eric B. completed the job a previous company had left incomplete—finally!—resulting in a cool, comfortable house. Billy H. came by a few weeks later and fixed two other problems left by the previous company. Billy is a professional. He, like Eric, is extremely pleasant and informative, and now our remote Fujitsu unit is up and running, and one of the zones in our heating system that “would be costly to fix,” according to previous company, was adjusted and manually repaired by Billy—no new parts, no charge! Later, Eric Borowske replaced a valve and relay on our boiler system, QC'd previous work, and discussed further additions to our system. He's outstanding. April 21, 2021 Eric worked with electrician Jeff Conklin to complete installation of our new April Air 800M Steam Humidifier system. Both men are excellent technicians, and let us know exactly what was happening, step by step. Yesterday (July 6, 2021), Eric replaced a capacitor on our compressor and cleaned the exterior coils giving us our cooling air back, and making our chiller system more efficient. Today, January 26, 2022, Eric B. returned to check humidifier and check heating system—once again, we are and remain very pleased with Eric’s professionalism, his exceptional personality, and his patience in explaining the current state of our heating system. Mike and his team have helped us out a few times over the years, but most recently when our A/C quit during a stretch of 100+ degree days. Joe was able to come out that day to get our old, dying A/C unit jumpstarted.
We then worked with the La Bella team to replace the A/C and some other HVAC components in our home. They were prompt and fairly priced, with good communication throughout. When installing the new unit, Joe noticed that the freon had leaked out, so was concerned with the quality of that particular unit. He contacted his distributor and got the unit replaced at no additional cost to us. We appreciate Mike, Joe and the La Bella team going above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!
Cooper Building Group transformed our spec home with a contractor-grade interior into a beautiful home with custom features. The kitchen is especially lovely. Mirek was always responsive to our requests and Heidi's designs are cutting edge but still very livable. Plus, they have continued to work on small projects. We highly recommend Cooper Building.
I had the best experience with Studio Shed. Their customer service was outstanding. They patiently worked with me to find local installers that could also do a significant amount of site work in our yard and spent countless hours working on modifying the details of what we wanted our shed to have. Working with Jim, JL Clark Construction, was a great experience. We had Jim finish our full basement including 2 bedrooms, 5 pc bathroom, family room,gas fireplace, and kitchen. The entire process was flawless. Jim has great subs that have worked with him for a long time, some 20+ yrs. Their quality of work is impressive. Jim was easy to contact and quick to respond. Our son was impressed enough that he hired Jim to finish his basement as well. We feel very fortunate to have found Jim !

Dr Murray himself is the very best. I had a recent call that the office was closing on the day of my appointment due to snow. When I called and talked to Carly about it and she said I’d have to wait 2 months, I was disappointed and said so. Well my feelings were understandable, but instead of understanding she was super rude and she barked at me that that’s just the way it is and she’d put me on a list. The front office people here have always been great. This person needs improvement. First time I’ve ever been disappointed by this place.
Recently got a root canal that didn’t take. Thankfully, this is the best dentist and staff there could be, and Tiara caught the issue on X-ray and I got my root canal by an Endodontist redone and then Dr Murray took care of the final filling. So grateful for this great place!

I have been seeing Dr. Barta at The Dentist in Louisville since my junior year of high school, and I can't recommend him enough! The office has a modern and comfortable atmosphere, filled with beautiful art and soothing music that makes me feel at ease. As opposed to the numerous Kaiser appts the past few weeks with absolutely no leads. I’m starting my treatments with Dr. Ryan and he’s been so thorough with explaining his findings with me.

I was introduced to Dr. Fry and his practice through an ad for Softwave therapy. I was having terrible upper back, neck and shoulder pain which I attributed to driving and having to hold my body in strange positions as a nurse. Within 2 sessions the pain was gone. I encourage people to try this therapy because it is evidence based and non invasive.
Such a sweet and caring crew here! I came in barely able to move with severe back pain and over the course of the last couple months have been able to wake up and go about my day with much less pain than before. They provide not only readjustment services, but also give intructions for stretching and strengthening exercises. They also have specialized equipment that is free to use when you come in for your appointment. Only unfortunate thing is that that don’t take medicaid, but even uninsured the rates are pretty good.
They will always be my go-to for fantastic and affordable massages and I've recommended them to many people. Some of the other services they offer give me pause because there are posters on their walls justifying them and it comes off as very proactively defensive in a way I didn't expect from a medical office. Just looks gimmicky. I ended up going elsewhere for chiropractic therapy after my insurance declined to cover them, though mostly not due to their odd defensiveness... Rather, they were out of network and Apex folks were very transparent and honest about that, even switching me to different and actually cheaper intro appointment when I signed up, which I found refreshing. Their staff is friendly, helpful and always remembers my name. They also have a very sweet office puppy.

I highly recommend Alysa. My session with her was powerful beyond words. Her energy and professionalism are on point. She made me comfortable as we began the mayofacial session and I had no idea what to expect. Soon enough I was transported to the deepest parts of my childhood and the stored trauma came pouring out. She was a calm grounding presence through it all. I was laughing and crying for bits of it and I was able to just be with it all with her. It was one of my most profound healing sessions of my life. Stepping out of her clinic, I felt like a new person. I felt so light, like years of carrying something heavy just lifted off me. I plan to come back for more sessions with her. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants a calm grounding presence and gentle myofacial release. 100 out of 10 for this therapist.

Sheila was my incredibly competent and caring hand therapist after my wrist surgery. From the front desk to the other therapists, (who I saw in Sheila's absence), everyone was wonderful.
