Jake was very professional, kind, and thoughtful in his description of what was going on with our Hot water heater. He is a great technician and genuinely love that whenever we need Welzig to come take a look at an issue, they always send out such nice people to do the work.

Joel is fantastic! Highly recommend. I had no AC all summer. Joel worked his magic today...Now I have AC!!! Joel is VERY kind, Very kind...honest, knowledgeable, detailed, clean, great communicator, very chill. He is very quick to understand my AC unit should not be on a roof where the entire house vibrates. He immediately knew what the right solution should be. I would love to work with Joel again. I highly recommend.
