Corey and Vertical Heating&Cooling are simply unbelievable! One of our two water heaters was flooding into the crawl space along with flooding from a water line. The two were not related but created a giant mess. Corey responded right away. Reorganized his schedule for our emergency! Corey not only replaced the ruined duct, but called a water restoration company for us. Repiped and Installed a tankless heater, and did a maintenance check on our HVAC. When nobody would respond to our emergency, they were here within two hours. Their cost was very fair and their professionalism was off the charts! I highly recommend Vertical Heating and Cooling!
I could not have had a better experience with installation of heat and AC. Aaron came the same day I called to assess and give a quote. Price is incredibly reasonable and he backs his work with a 10 year service and warranty. He and Cory explained things well and did the install the same week I called. He also suggested I shop around for a new thermostat to find the best price and he installed it for me and taught me how to use it. You can trust this company!
Worked with Aaron and his team to replace both my A/C and heater and I could not have asked for a better service. The initial visit for a quote and explanation through it all was very clear and understandable. Throughout the quote and installation I can tell Aaron had my best interests in mind till the very end and couldn't be happier.
