Aaron and his guys are amazing. He helped us in a pinch when selling our house. He did a great job and squeezed us in at the last minute. He is so transparent and we appreciated that so much. I would recommend him and his guys over and over.Services: HVAC system maintenance
I will only do business with vertical heating and cooling going forward. Aaron is honest and transparent with describing what the issue is and laying out options to address the problem. Thank you so much Aaron! Our furnace went out in the middle of the night when it was -11 degrees outside. Our house was at about 40-45 degrees and we had received a quote from a competitor for over $1400 for replacement parts that would not even arrive for 2-3 days(what?!?!). My husband and I were incredibly uncomfortable with having our house be so cold for that long and paying that amount of money on top of it, so my husband called Aaron. Aaron arrived within 10 minutes, was extremely professional and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Needless to say, we did not have to pay $1400 or wait 2-3 days for heat.
