I really cannot speak highly enough of Self Transformations. Chārutā has done a tremendous job working through all lot of my knots and providing great advice for desk posture (so those pesky knots don't come back!) Most recently I received a massage from Olivia and I couldn't have been more relaxed afterwards. It was a Lomi Lomi style and she added the perfect amount of stretch work intermixed with breaking up knots. My back and hips were not doing well after some recent cross country plane travel and I feel like a brand new person.
My session at Self Transformations Conscious Massage was truly exceptional. I received an Ashiatsu massage from Charuta, the owner and a highly skilled therapist, and the experience exceeded all expectations. She’s extremely knowledgeable and intuitive, and did an outstanding job working out deep muscle soreness and improving my flexibility. I’ve had many massages over the years, but this was by far the most effective—I left feeling better than I ever have after any massage. Charuta’s expertise and care truly set her apart. I can’t recommend her enough!
I need a deep massage and you can get that here. The experience level of Charuta is unmatched. This is one of those rare places that you will actually get what you pay for and come away satisfied. My quality of life has improved.
