“Just had Sean of 'Roof Check' over to give his (free) appraisal as whether to make a roof claim with Allstate, as once you DO make a claim, it counts towards (against) your policy. Honestly, I was expecting a bit of a sales pitch for needing a new roof, but instead what I got was an honest appraisal... he wouldn't recommend making a claim at this point as the damage wasn't severe enough to warrant a claim, and just to call them in a few years, unless we get another storm. Well, after today I KNOW who I'll be calling! Another small local business that's well worth supporting!
