We came in today with our new puppy and the staff were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They took the time to meet our little girl and answer our questions. We left with an armload of treats and toys for our girl and the knowledge the staff here really love pets and their customers. I was hesitant to come here because of the poor reviews, but after looking at a bunch of them, many are just disgruntled MAGA idiots who didn't want to wear a mask during Covid and thought they'd be some kind of hero by bullying staff. Jeez.

Staff is very friendly and helped us locate a few things but disappointed that they don’t have the dog feeding station we were looking for. We did buy a bit different style but it doesn’t equal the one we wanted.

The service was terrific! Poopy loved her bath and haircut and they were very attentive to our requests and asked questions to make sure they knew how we wanted her groomed. The experience was great and we will certainly be going back!
