At first, I was pleased with the service. But I started noticing damage to my Stainless- steel appliances (scratches), dings in the toe kicks damaged by vacuuming / scrubbing, damage to mirror and sink in bathroom. They never once cleaned off front of cabinet with obvious dirt. To sum up, if you use this service, ask for crew with ability to speak and understand English. Tell them exactly how to clean your appliances, sinks, etc.

Very disappointed with this service! The maids have consistently broken everything from overhead lamps to floor lamps to irreplaceable art objects from France. We finally had them quit dusting because they were breaking so many glass items! Then, they flushed their cleaning rags down our toilet resulting in $850 of plumbing repairs! They consistently did NOT thoroughly clean our bathrooms and parts of the surfaces became caked with dirt. It then became necessary for us to constantly supervise them to ensure that they did their work and did not damage any more of our property. Joyce is amazing with planning, the cleaners are prompt and thorough as well as very nice. Highly recommended!
