If you’re in need of an interlock provider, Jen at Nick’s 2 will take care of you! I was able to get the best price through her and each monthly service was a breeze. Anytime I had questions she was easy to reach and always professional and kind. During my 2 years with the interlock I had a few hiccups and needed to come in on short notice for resets and she was always just as fast as a regular service. It was actually really nice to come in for services too because she has the coolest pups :)

Jen is the best, I’m thankful I found her to be my interlock provider. She made a difficult time just a little bit easier. Knowledgeable, easy to reach with any questions, and kind. Would recommend her to any one who’s unfortunately having to deal with an interlock in their car.

Getting a DUI is miserable but Jen at Nick's 2 has been kind and helpful. She has boundaries and her hours are not ideal, but she will do anything to help and keep her clients. The fact that she is also a part of Nick's, an automotive repair place, is helpful so I don't have to mess with other shops and the Interlock. Life Safer's corporate customer service isn't great, but working with Jen Ward at Nick's 2 has been about the only positive experience in this whole mess.
