Andy, thank you so much for the high quality carpet cleaning!! My neighbor was surprised and happy to see that your equipment did not block his garage so he could still come and go!! I appreciate your attention to cleanliness and protection of the wood floors. I also appreciate your flexibility to clean under my husbands desk, which as it turned out was rather dusty!! I love your web-site videos, especially the right (and wrong) way to clean up after my cat leaves me a present! She always seems to prefer the rug!! We came back from vacation to find several cats had visited our home in our absence...The stench was overwhelming. We called Andy Koenig, and explained our problem, and he had the whole thing handled in an afternoon. Carpets are clean and the house smells great. We recently bought a house and had our carpets and tiled cleaned before moving in. Will and Ben did a fantastic job!! The job was not rushed and they worked hard on each room until the job was finished correctly. Our tile still shines from the finish used to seal the tile! We also had them clean one of our old tan microfiber couches and I was shocked to see how clean they got it again!! I wasn't expecting anything drastic in the results since I knew how old the couch was and how many stains were on it, but they got the couch looking great - I was shocked! Definitely worth the call...I will hire them again without a doubt, when it is time to have my carpets cleaned again!...read full review
