This was the actual worst experience I have EVER had in the 100 + times I've gotten my nails done. Let me start with the workers who had little to no idea what I wanted as the customer. I asked for a very light pink color and ended up with a bright hot pink. When I expressed my complete dissatisfaction with the results the owner(I think) started making excuses for the color difference and the poor application of the color I didn't even want. Best of all they just all around had zero idea how to paint nails. Absolutely love everything about this nail salon! They take their time, honor appointments, up to date with the latest trends and my polish has never chipped.
