Dr Becker and the LPAH veterinary team never fail to amaze me with their efficiency and top quality veterinary care! One of my dogs norma has an overall general anxiety, and can sometimes exhibit signs of fear reactivity when going to the vet, and all veterinary team is respectful of that and very good with her.
Really love this clinic. Every other clinic I've been to I've felt rushed about the care of my animal or had a hard time even getting a simple appointment. But the front desk staff are always so warm and welcoming and it's easy to make a quick appointment or be seen for an emergency visit. You don't have to wait in the rooms for very long. Dr. Becker and Dr Hurley are amazing. They take the time to explain things to you, answer questions or concerns and are always there to help. We’ve been clients of LPAH for many years with our two dogs, and we couldn’t be happier with their care. The entire team is consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They always take the time to listen to our concerns and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand — no medical jargon or rushed conversations.
One thing I really appreciate is how transparent they are with pricing. We’ve never been caught off guard by unexpected costs, and overall, their fees are very fair for the quality of care they provide.
