Woke up yesterday at 4:30 am to 57 Degrees in the house. After doing what little debuging I could do (Pilot Light, Batteries in Thermostat, etc.), I called and left a message with Groulx Mechnical to see if I could get someone out to look at my 19 year old Furnace. Immediately, Mark Groulx called me back and said he would be out first thing. When he arrived and diagnosed the problem, he reviewed all the options to get our furnace running again. With his expert advise (no pressure) My wife and I decided to replace the old furnace and had heating that night. I highly recommend Groulx Mechanical for doing service or installing a new furnace.
