Mike was great! He was able to come out and figure out my weird jerry-rig plumbing system within a day. He replace our leaking water heater in the basement without issues, and hook-up our plumbing to work better. He also got ride of an old stagnate tank. Had no issues with his work months later. Would highly recommend
We got a new hot water through Longmont Water Heaters. Fortunately, this was not an emergency situation. After speaking to two other companies that gave us exorbitant quotes, I decided to call LWH. They answered all my questions, explained the pros/cons of tankless water heaters (we went with a tank), and got us scheduled a couple days later. On the day of our appointment, they arrived promptly and replaced our hot water heater in a couple hours and hauled the old one away. They are a great business and I would 100% recommend them to others.
Mike came out to clean & flush my Navien tankless and was excellent! Very friendly, professional and thorough! Showed up on time and I understood how my system works better than anyone else has ever done or tried. Very honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended!
