I've had tightness in my upper and lower back for years, and after a 1 hour custom massage session with Trista, my back felt more limber and loose, and I felt more energized overall. She is also a down-to-earth conversationalist and made me feel welcome as a client.Obviously, to have a more permanent fix on back tightness, I will need to attend more massage sessions and will be coming back to Trista for help.
