I am not confused. Yes, it was Jack, and yes he did treat me exactly like that. I didn't say my appointment was recent. But it was the last time I got a long hair trim.
Played heck with their schedule trying to get in and see Jack. Had never been here before, but Jack was recommended to me by an employee at the Northern Colorado Eye Care Center in town where they also do skin care. Years ago my daughter actually went to him a few times as well. Walked in and there was a bit of a wait. Finally Jack walks over and gives me a judgmental look. He turns around and barks at one of the women stylists to start me with a shampoo.... read full review

The owner is wonderful &my stylist Dawn I've had 20years. If this doesn't convince anyone I'm not sure what to say ?
