John and Andrew from Crystal Electric replaced a broken chandelier light fixture in our 20 ft. high foyer. They had to muscle a 16 ft. step ladder around stairway banisters, walls, office glass doors, and cherry hardwood flooring. They arrived exactly on time. Their work was professional, courteous, and sensitive to our hardwood.

Loss all power in the house late at night after a remodel job in the kitchen. Called an advertised 24/7 emergency electrical service. No clue, no parts, no follow-up service the next day, had to find the part in Denver somewhere with no scheduled arrival to complete the job. Started the hunt for a local Electrician and found Crystal Electric. Simply fantastic!!! They took a genuine interest in my situation, listened attentively despite my electrical ignorance, talked to Anton Rail directly who had a pretty good idea of what happened after a minute or so. He asked for a few pictures to confirm. Within an hour they followed up with an immediate appointment time shortly thereafter. Anton showed up on time, prepared and with the parts needed. I watched him the whole time; precise, efficient, friendly, and skilled. Issue was fixed within 40 minutes to include replacement of the main breaker, troubleshooting the culprit circuit, and repairing. Even cleaned up a few notso good things along the way. Crystal Electric is now my go to Electrical Company! And a warm thanks to Anton, it was a real pleasure having you in our home!
