Blue Valley Heating & Cooling

We had an AC blower fan motor failure and I called another local company to inspect and diagnose. After two weeks and five phone calls, I was told that parts were not ordered and there was no timeline for fixing the unit. I called Blue Valley and they had a HVAC tech out (Jason Baker) within the hour, inspected, conducted diagnostics on the system, and located a replacement blower fan motor within about an hour. Josh and Tom from Blue Valley did an outstanding job installing our new LG heat pump water heater. The installation was neat and tidy, and the space was cleaner than before they started. I also spoke to Eric about eventually replacing our boiler. He's more knowledgeable than most about heat pumps and hydronics, and was honest about the tradeoffs.

Update: we've been having a small issue with the LG water heater where it's not maintaining its set point. John Loos has been here twice and has worked diligently with the LG support team. We did a lot of price comparison shopping to get our mini splits installed and so glad we went with Blue Valley. We love our ceiling cassettes and of course, a cool house now!

Our sales guy Cameron was awesome. He stopped by the house several times to ensure the work was proceeding well. But the hard and outstanding work was done by Degan and Gage, two young men I can’t speak highly enough about. They were super polite, efficient, knowledgeable and worked exceptionally clean. While the work took longer than expected- which was beyond their control- once they were done, everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
