Karl at Arrow Carpet Cleaning performed a carpet cleaning on my 800 sq ft rental apartment in Longmont. After the cleaning we found some debris on the floor. When I spoke with Karl about it he handled it like a true professional and returned my check since I was not satisfied. How often do you come across businesses that are willing to go to this length to make sure their customer is happy? I would definitely recommend Karl and Arrow in the future. Thank you! Sean

Excellent carpet cleaning. Quick to respond to my carpet cleaning needs. I was able to schedule for next day cleaning. Arrival was right on time. Extra effort was made to address stains that I had not planned on or expected to be cleaned. I am very pleased with the results and the value. Will call Arrow Carpet Cleaning again for all my carpet cleaning and new carpet protection treatment requirements.

I won't let anyone else touch my carpets and furniture! Carl is extremely helpful, efficient and conscientious in his work. His suggestions as to how to protect our carpet and furniture has saved us an immense amount of time and money, keeping us from having to replace these things since we have cats and light colored carpet. Carl and Arrow Carpet Cleaning are the best cleaners we have ever used. No one else compares with his price and quality of work. Highly recommend.
