I have pursued two projects with 3model. The first was a repair job to correct a previous contractor's badly installed basement egress window. The second was a major addition to an existing house, including upgraded power/HVAC, additional bedrooms/bathrooms, and a new crawlspace beneath. Adrian at 3model did an amazing job repairing a malfunctioning gutter and repairing some subsequent water damage. He really helped me come up with a cost-effective solution that works great. He was very professional and I will be calling him in the future with other projects. Highly recommend! 10/10

Always professional, attention to detail is above and beyond! Excellent communication and quality of materials used is superb.The next time we need to do some more renovating, we will certainly be using them again!
