Warby Parker sets the gold standard for customer service! Today, my son's glasses met an unfortunate accident, rendering them unwearable. We rushed to the Park Meadows Warby Parker store in a panic. There, we encountered an incredibly helpful staff member with distinctive spikey hair. Didn’t catch the man’s name.Without hesitation, he took charge, swiftly repairing the glasses at no cost. His expertise and kindness saved the day, ensuring my son's essential tool for learning remained intact. Warby Parker's commitment to excellence shines through in moments like these, earning them not just five, but six stars in my book!
I came in and got an awesome pair of sunglasses for a very reasonable price and Katie and Allison were super awesome and helped me pick out a great pair and even adjusted them for meThanks so much for making it really easy!
My experience at the store was super. The employees were friendly & helpful. The store was easy to navigate & I felt supported but not overwhelmed by support. When I went to checkout, I felt like I received good advice as I made decisions about the type of lenses I wanted to put in my new frames. I'm excited for them to get here!
