This clinic is not worth your time. They do not care if you are in pain or have questions. Seriously. If they are disrespectful before a surgery/procedure then they WILL be disrespectful and very rude after any procedure you have and say “there is nothing we can do.” Ladies, stay away from this clinic and Dr. Guess. She also does almost the same surgery on everyone including a hysterectomy even when you don’t need it. She also said that I had a third prolapse and the other two doctors confirmed that there was NO 3rd prolapse. In addition, when I went to the two other doctors they said “no way! This clinic is not worth your time. They do not care if you are in pain or have questions. Seriously. If they are disrespectful before a surgery/procedure then they WILL be disrespectful and very rude after any procedure you have and say "there is nothing we can do." Ladies, stay away from this clinic and Dr. Guess. She also does almost the same surgery on everyone including a hysterectomy even when you don't need it. I went to two other doctors that said "no way! You don't need a hysterectomy, just this..." so glad I changed and they were very nice, helpful and always there to answer any questions. Steer clear from this clinic and protect yourself from future trauma like I went through.
Stay away from this practice at all costs. They don't care about you or your health, only their convenience and money. Dr. Guess in particular doesn't listen to the patient's experience and was in such a hurry when she examined me that she talked over me and hurried the fellow working for her away from answering my questions about an upcoming surgery to get to the next patient. Dr. Connell seems to think that she's providing a valid "second opinion" when she discusses the case with Dr. Guess. No need to meet the patient. Yikes! I wouldn't trust these people to operate on my hamster.
