Surprise insane billing, doctors that don't care about you and you can never get a hold of anyone. I had to follow up multiple times to get an order for a follow procedure, and still have yet to receive my other referral that was promised to me. It was a huge waste of time and money.

Beware of the office billing procedures. I have had to clear up a bill that was mis-categorized and it was a complete mess. The bill should have been $258, but was charged the full amount of 2800. Still working with insurance, and bills have been sent for review. But it all started with carelessness in billing...UPDATE-- One year later, the billing is still not sorted out and I have been sent to collections. I have spent countless hours with insurance as well as the billing office trying to get it straight. Still waiting.

Although Google has taken me to this location correctly multiple times in the past, suddenly it takes me a completely different way & makes it look like this place is off County Line. It is nowhere near County Line. This has to be due to a screwed up update. Whoever worked on the update, fire them & get back the previous staff. Your employees are getting stupider over time.
