I originally went in to check out my neck; a coworker noticed something so I figured it may be a thyroid issue. Now what is the reason for the one star you may ask? Dr Raghuveer was great; the assistant nurse...eh it could've been a bad day but she was alright. To put it bluntly, the one star is for the absolutely incompetent front desk staff. Quality of care I received was good, however the bill is outrageous. I am being billed almost 700 per appointment and each appt was for 30 minutes with a nurse practitioner. My first bill was 300, I almost had that paid, and then I get another bill out of nowhere for another 350 from CU medicine.The bill says they've received "non payment"Well I had no idea there was a second bill, I've already paid hundreds of dollars on a hospital bill for this appt!!! This is for the same day, same appt. And then, the website only lets me break up payments into 5. Then, I get a letter today saying they "agree"to the payment plan but if I miss any payments... read full review

How this place conducts business borders on medical negligence. I booked an appointment for PT on 4/28/2023 for an upcoming knee replacement surgery. I requested at that time to schedule out all of my appointments. I was informed that they don't schedule out until the patient shows up for the initial assessment. So I show up for my initial eval appointment on 6/16/2023. During this appointment I mentioned to the PT that I wanted to schedule out my future appointments. The PT informed me that he's booked out for a couple of months, but they should be able to get me scheduled with one of the other PT's.
