Subpar at best. Delay delay delays. Does not understand their billing system. I paid my copay at time of service. They were unable to retrieve their payment from their system. So they turned me over to collections after telling them this for year. I provided collections the checking account ledger as proof I’ve provided proof in the UCHealth App to customer service today as well. Now here’s the GoogleReview of their incompetence Incompetent CrookedGrifter or Both only the billing department knows for sure

Quality of care I received was good, however the bill is outrageous. I am being billed almost 700 per appointment and each appt was for 30 minutes with a nurse practitioner. My first bill was 300, I almost had that paid, and then I get another bill out of nowhere for another 350 from CU medicine.The bill says they've received "non payment"Well I had no idea there was a second bill, I've already paid hundreds of dollars on a hospital bill for this appt!!! This is for the same day, same appt. And then, the website only lets me break up payments into 5. Then, I get a letter today saying they "agree"to the payment plan but if I miss any payments they will dismiss the payment plan and demand the entire amount!!! This was VERY nasty of them especially considering I had already been paying hundreds of dollars for this same appointment!!!! I had been paying a hospital bill when I wasn't even hospitalized! Their billing practices are shady to say the least!

So this is my first experience with UC Health. As of now it is horrible and I hope it gets better. They sat on orders from my doctor for 3 weeks, no one ever reached to schedule my endoscopy/colonoscopy. I called them and they only had part of the orders. Had my doc re-fax that morning. Called later in the afternoon, the scheduler I spoke with said they didn't see the fax and to call back in 5 days, then he literally hung up on me. I called back spoke to a different rep and they found the fax. Now I have to wait another 2.5 weeks for this procedure. I could have had this done by now with another provider. Feels like Kaiser.
