“We loved Dr Singer but the office is poorly managed. Our first appointment had us wait an hour and a half and it took 3 hours to do an intake which was $700 and 4.5 hours later. Another appointment had to be rescheduled after waiting an hour. We asked for my son’s medical records multiple times and the front office never sent them. We needed a super bill to submit to insurance and I had to call/ email several times over weeks to get the office to send it. I almost had to just go back into the office.

However, Dr Singer did help so he is amazing.
I wish he had an admin to help.“
