Tommy was awesome and LL staff have been extremely polite and helpful at all the locations I had to go, so far, to gather the last of the hardwood that was in stock, that I needed before next weekend.

Edit update: Spoke with someone physically at the store and they were able to make it right. The customer service in store is great.Received custom stair treads that were poorly packed and a couple were damaged upon unboxing. Will contact store to make it right. Will update upon results of contact.
