The team at ECCO Medical is second to none. Let's start with Lisa....she worked very hard on my behalf in getting my insurance company to approve the procedure. It took her 9 months and she stayed with it. On to James, my attending nurse. This man had his sheet together. Very knowledgeable, pleasant well-spoken and attentive. And on the Iceman himself, Dr. Kovaleski. This man is cool as an ice cube and he knows his sheet as well. Unfortunately, due to the procedure that I had, it be 3-4 weeks before I see any results. But I'm confident that the results will be what I was hoping for.

Very well organized - all the way from providing directions to the facility to arranging discounts on nearby hotel. Staff explained how the procedure was performed and what to expect. The procedure and recovery were painless for me. The results were life changing- in a good way. My only regret was not having this done sooner.
