Zero customer service after procedure. They rely on automated messaging and do not return calls. I didn't have an emergency but did need to speak to someone.......very frustrating. Dr. Gonzalez was great.....office staff not so much.*Update* The office did contact me after a few hours.
We arrived 30 minutes prior as new patients are asked to do. Completed all pre-paperwork online 2 days prior. Not all data completed online transferred so paperwork still had to be completed before the appointment. We were not brought back until 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment. 1 hour total time sitting in the waiting room. Once in our room and initial time with an assistant we waited an additional 15 minutes before Dr. came in. Dr. Did a nice job once we met and got down to business
