We had a great experience working with Steve and Janine. Their price was very reasonable and the work was beautiful! It was a big job so I was worried how it would go. Our whole main floor was made wood. Existing wood in entry and kitchen was sanded and refinished. The end result is stunning. He blended the existing wood into the new so it all looks the same. I like supporting small local businesses like S&J and in this case, I got someone with 40 yrs experience doing my floors. He has done floors for many famous athletes here in Denver and is well respected at his craft. The first photo is a “before” of our kitchen, the rest is the stunning “after” results.

Steve is a master at all things wood :-) we have had him d the living room and main hall, then we're so impressed by the work had him do the main stairway and rails even thought it was a 6 month wait. Again we were so impressed with the work we had him do the remaining bedrooms, once again the work was perfection.

S&J Superior Hardwood just completed a huge project at our home: * refinished our entire first floor hardwood (~1400sqft) * installed new wood stairs with two flights and a landing to replace carpet * installed new wood stairs to bonus room * refinished existing wood stairs to our basement * removed a "knee wall" separating our dining and living room that included relocating a vent to the floors and several electrical outlets to the floor & wall They did an incredible job across all aspects! The floors are stunning with the updated finish, and the wood craftsmanship truly is superior. Every step of the process from estimate to completion was professional, and on time. We are thrilled with the results, their work has transformed our home. We are looking to do another project with them to wrap a ceiling beam in wood to really bring it all together. Thank you guys, you really live up to your name!
