Customers have praised the experienced stylists for their excellent customer service and professionalism. One customer had an "amazing experience" with Sue, who understood their request and gave them a "perfect" cut. Becky received similar praise for providing a service that left the customer's hair "absolutely beautiful" for a great price. Sue is highlighted as an exceptional stylist, with one customer trusting her 110% and driving 50 minutes to continue seeing her.
