I used to take my kids regularly to Sharkeys when Jen was the manager there. She left and a new manager named Shawnte came. Shawnte is rude, horrible with kids, and cut my kids' neck at their last haircut with her clippers, and now is refusing to provide service to my kids because she cut them and I complained. Be careful taking your kids there, at least until there are other stylists to cut their hair.
