PIECES is a care management organization helping our clients with everything from at home care, to placement into care communities and everything in between. One of our main goals is to help people get organized and started on their journey into elder care. Many of our clients don't know where to start when caring for their aging loved ones. Sometimes its starting with the basics, like finding a lawyers and getting POA paperwork. Other times its very complex like, selling the house, finding movers, organizing an estate sale and moving into a care community. Whatever the need, we are a resource hub for our clients. We find all the information they need and help them execute their plans so they can continue enjoying life.
