Alysa is very thoughtful and patiently takes the time to get to know you and your specific needs. She will also take the time to ground you afterwards (which I needed because my body was SO relaxed). The energy and connection were beyond what I had imagined. She is very skilled in her techniques. Her energy is very calm, understanding, respectful, accepting, peaceful and generous. Her office is cute, quaint and more of a personalized experience, unlike the chain places. Best massage I've had in a very long time and I'm so excited to continue my massage journey with her! I would highly recommend her!

I always feel so wonderful when I leave, and for days after. Alysa is a great listener. She understands the body and communicates what she thinks for treatment.
