“I have been with this company for years with no issues. Last year I got new frames and lenses and I couldn’t use the lenses. I meant to go back in but life got me distracted. A year later (recently) at my annual I told them the glasses were unusable and I know I defaulted in bringing them back. They realized it was a typo and Ray (the technician that ordered my lenses) spoke with the boss after the transact for new glasses was completed. I already left knowing and expecting the full lense expense. A week later Ray called and said after explaining to the boss the issue, they decided to take. Are of the lense expense this year. I thank Ray and everyone there for their accountability for this, despite my defaulting past the warranty. Y’all are the best!“
