After researching and talking to multiple contractors, we landed right back at NHI because we could feel the professionalism and honesty. Outside of our roofing claim, we also had all our windows replaced and new steel siding installed by NHI. The attention to detail was phenomenal. The hand off between contractor for the quote and to the installation teams was seamless and they knew everything we had agreed to and discussed. So often contractors swoop in give a quote, have a team show up do a job and are gone before you even know what happened. At any given questionable point in the project, we were called to be a part of the decision of options to ensure we walked away satisfied. By far the best contractors we have ever worked with.
