Sloppy business. I contacted the studio in January to ask if they accepted my dental insurance. I provided the card and received a response that they did take my insurance and I should book an appt. The earliest appt was in April, which I was fine with, as I wanted to establish care with a small business. Today after waiting 2+ months for my appt I arrived and was told they could not accept my insurance. It turns out they never actually checked - just made an assumption. I had reorganized my day to accommodate this appt. Also, I will now have to likely wait several more months for a new dental appt, since many are well booked. Let me start by saying I am terrified of dentists and dental pain. Dr. Cale and his staff have been beyond wonderful. He is very patient and understanding and really listens. Plus, the environment is pretty rad as far as dentists offices go. The music is always lively! Not some elevator bs. Dr.Cale hums and sings along with a lot of the songs. Plus, he is a dog lover which is always a bonus in my book!
