Doctors are ok, but office staff is terribly unfriendly and shows little compassion. Expect to be treated as if they're time is way more valuable than yours. The office also requires a weeks long pre-approval process to be seen for the first time.

This is a much belated review of Nurse Practitioner Jeff Douglass, who cared for my father in 2017 prior to Dad moving to assisted living. Jeff is a sharp, conscientious, detail oriented, kind and compassionate care provider. He guided Dad through many complex and ongoing health issues. He was great at communicating, always keeping me in the loop ( I live out of state). His attention to detail and persistence in fine tuning Dad's medications and treatments lead to significant improvement in several of Dad's diagnoses. The doctoring was fine but after 3 years I was sick and tired of dealing with their backoffice. My wife has done all the medical in the family for 30 years. She's never dealt with a practice that was so difficult to work with regarding their billing. It was difficult to know when and what you were being billed for and getting responses. I was getting billed for being late or missing weight checks - not doctor visits but 5 minute at most weight checks. After $100 in questionable billings I was stonewalled in trying to get answers; not returned phone calls, system down can't talk now type responses.
