I have been with this company for years with no issues. Last year I got new frames and lenses and I couldn’t use the lenses. I meant to go back in but life got me distracted. A year later (recently) at my annual I told them the glasses were unusable and I know I defaulted in bringing them back. They realized it was a typo and Ray (the technician that ordered my lenses) spoke with the boss after the transact for new glasses was completed. I already left knowing and expecting the full lense expense. A week later Ray called and said after explaining to the boss the issue, they decided to take. Are of the lense expense this year. I've been going here for over five years now and wanted to finally add my two cents worth. Dr. Zemke is absolutely amazing! I have difficult genetic eye issues, and sadly my kids inherited them so eye visits can be stressful. Dr. Zemke's knowledge and personality puts us all at ease! Everyone else here gives this office the perfect "small town" feel. I'm so grateful to have found them!
The Doctors, evaluations and medical staff are great! I would recommend anyone for the quality of care at the Insight Littleton location. The real problem comes with buying eyeglasses, or really anything outside of the Doctor visit and examination. The selection leaves something to be desired and the prices are about 9X what a reasonable facility charges. I have great vision insurance, but was quoted close to $500 for progressive eyeglasses that I could get for $60 at any place reasonable priced!!!!!! I settled for Under Armor frames and progressive lenses at Insight and was quoted just under $500. I took the prescription somewhere else and got Oakley Frames with the... read full review
