I got a facial done with Mercy and wow just wow. Not only did she take her time with the facial to give me the best outcome, she gave me awesome advice when it comes to skin care. I’m now using the step by step skin care advice that she gave me and my skin is looking SO good. I ended up getting a membership there so i can go back once a month! :)
They require a credit card to hold your appointment, even if you're paying with a gift card, and will charge you half the price of whatever service you book if you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours or no show. I did not feel comfortable with that, but I wanted to use the gift card I was given and knew I would keep my appointment, so I booked it for my birthday at 10am. Then, at 6pm the day before, they text me, not call, and without my persmission move my appointment to another time slot that, duh, because they did not get my permission, does not work for me. I love coming here, it’s always very clean and welcoming. I won’t go to any other place, I’ve went to other spas and nothing compares to here. I’ve been getting facials with mercy and she always gives me the best skin advice and results!!
