Highly recommend Great Guys!!! From the time that tech, Ethan Eisenbau m showed up, he was very professional and transparent on what he was doing. Although, it was a simple furnace tune-up, he explained what he was checking, as well as the purpose for doing so. Will definitely have Great Guys back in the Spring to tune-up our central air conditioner. Thank you for everyone's help, with the ease of making the appointment, until Ethan had completed the work.
Old review: We adore the Great Guys team. We had them install a high-end hvac that is designed for older homes without any existing ductwork. They installed our new unit in our attic (and outside) and then they installed vents in our ceiling. Amazing office staff, honest owner and the hvac technicians are hardworking, professional and competent. We are especially grateful for James and Brian! We highly recommend Great Guys!

Great experience. They live up to the company name. Donn helped with a plumbing issue that required getting behind tile and replacing pipe that was 70 years old. I’m thrilled to have everything working again as it should, and for a price that was within my budget. While my experience with the company was positive from start to finish, Donn was especially great — friendly, professional, went above and beyond, and overall just great human vibes. Would recommend, and will be calling next time I have plumbing and HVAC needs.
