We had some issues with our dryer vent and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Our roof was replaced by the previous owner and suspected it had something to do with the vents on the roof. I spoke to Phillip Gaines and he immediately stepped in to help figure out the issue. He gave guidance how to inspect the situation and when that couldn’t be determined easily, he sent out a crew, quickly to see what transpired. They were able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently and am forever grateful! Honest, straightforward roofing company. Not easy to come by these days.
